The Todd Investment Group is developing the land behind the Marquis Shopping Center near Williamsburg to include a Sam’s Club, hotel, school, and residential subdivision. They wanted a contractor who could self-perform the majority of the work, so they partnered with Branscome to complete the project and were impressed with our cost-saving ideas. These ideas changed the plans constantly, so one big challenge was making sure that everyone was using the updated plans and we were building the latest revision. Branscome built two roadways and a large pond with the help of their engineer, VHB, while staying on budget and keeping the schedule. Branscome was able to save the Todd Investment Group hundreds of thousands of dollars and built exactly what they wanted.
